Airsoft Connection is maintained by LCC Consultants. LCC Consultants handles all payment processing for Airsoft Connection and uses the Authorize.net interface.

When you click our "Pay Now" button you'll go immediately to our secure Payment page.

Our payment system is a highly secure SSL payment system. Immediately after payment you'll receive an itemized printable receipt at the email address you provide on the payment form. You'll also be notified via email when your order ships, tracking information is provided at that time. Most orders are processed within 24 hours during normal business days Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2:00pm Friday will be processed on the following Monday.

If you have not received your itemized receipt within 30 minutes check your spam/trash folder. If you can't find our emails in any of your folders contact us 24/7 @ 866-647-1733.

Terms of Purchase

Airsoft Connection promotes safe and responsible AirSoft products for users. Our AirSoft products are intended for purchase by persons 18 years of age or older. Users must understand their respective state and local law requirements regarding purchasing, selling and owning AirSoft products. Airsoft Connection shall not be held liable for the misconduct or misuse of AirSoft products.

Subject to Restrictions: The U.S. Government has specified regulations applicable to AirSoft products. AirSoft is a category of air guns subject to all distribution & usage restrictions. Consumers must be 18 years of age or older at the time of purchase and full time parental supervision is required for those who are younger. A permanent blaze orange marking at the fore end of all AirSoft guns is a Federal requirement as a product distinction. All consumer applications must have and retain this specified marking.

Shipping: We DO NOT normally ship outside of the United States. However, feel free to contact us on a case-by-case basis, use the contact form found on this web site.

Subject to Acceptance: All orders placed are subject to acceptance by Airsoft Connection. Airsoft Connection hereby reserves the right to reject any order, in whole, or in part, for any reason whatsoever.

Age Requirements: You must be at least 18 years old to order any product from us. Some items contained in this site may be illegal in your area for possession by those under 21 years old. It is your responsibility to check all local laws concerning the ownership, use and possession of any item on this web site. The carrier will require proof of age when the product is delivered. Airsoft Connection products: Our airsoft guns and accessories are "demo" products. Airguns designated as "demo" may or may not have a cosmetic blemish of varying degree and may have been shot a minimal number of times. Any blemish is very minor. The package of this item will be opened or the item may have been re-packaged. The price for a demo gun is greatly reduced and therefore pictures of individual items are not provided. Each demo is evaluated by an airsoft technician prior to shipping and is shipped with no mechanical defect. OUR DEMO GUNS DO NOT COME WITH A WARRANTY.

Airsoft Connection Return policy: We do not accept returns without prior approval. Please contact us first using our secure form here before returning any of our products. Returns are considered within 10 days of purchase at the expense of the purchaser plus a 15% restocking fee.
